PRIVATE EVENTS & PARTIES
Plan your next party at Groovy Glaze! All private parties are 2 hours long and you are able to bring food and drinks. We now have options for private parties!
You can either reserve the entire studio starting at a base fee of $75. This rents out the entire studio for two hours. The studio will be closed for the duration of your event/party if it is planned during business hours at no additional cost. Week day events cost $75 to book the studio and weekend events will cost $100 base fee. Pottery or selected project is not included in the base fee and is purchased separately.
Or rent out our private party room! This space is separated from the main studio area. The Party Room can be reserved during regular business hours and is perfect for groups of 6-10 people. The Party Room is $50 to rent out.
With the rental of the space, everyone is not required to paint! Guests can come and enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family, although painting along is more fun!
Entire Studio:
Starting at $75 base fee + price of each piece
- Entire studio to yourself
- Up to 32 Painters
- Reserved for 2 hours
- Set up can begin 30min before event start time. (This time is outside of your two hours)
- Food & Drinks are allowed
- On site attendant for any questions or assistance
- Can select any items from the shelves
- Can pre select a project if planned in advance
The Party Room:
$50 base fee + price of each piece
- Private room in the studio
- Up to 10 people/painters
- Reserved for 2 hours
- Can only be reserved during business hours
- Personal Glaze Selection
- Food & Drinks are allowed
- On site attendant for any questions or assistance
- Can select any items from the shelves
- Can pre select a project if planned in advance
If you are interested in having everyone paint the same item please let us know 3 weeks before your event so there is time to order the specific item.
